The production standards of frosted mouth reagent bottles, as storage containers in laboratories, directly affect the safety and stability of reagent storage. From material selection to process control, every step must strictly follow industry standards to confirm that the product meets the usage requirements in the experimental environment. In terms of material, high borosilicate glass is the core material for making frosted reagent bottles. Production needs to be carried out in an ISO3722 standard clean room for reputation treatment: first, sub micron particles are removed through 45kHz ultrasonic cleaning, and then adsorbed substances are stripped off through a thousand level air shower, with a laminar flow cycle at 120 ℃, depending on the actual situation. After processing, the inner wall of the bottle should meet the NAS1638-1 standard, with a residual particle size of ≤ 5 particles/cm ² on the surface, which can effectively prevent contamination of the reagent.
